The Ripped Abs Secret Of Bodybuilders And Fitness Models Simple But Powerful Short Cuts Book 1 eBook Michael Wilson
As a lady and a mother of 2 kids, I am very conscious of my appearance, especially my abs. They are flabby. Similarly, my husband also needed some form of training to tone up his abs. We had tried many methods, but failed to get our desired results. We searched the internet and found this book in Amazon and decided to buy it. At the first glance, we thought this book is very ordinary, but after we started reading the first hour, we discovered many golden nuggets within. We particularly like the sections on the caliper method, decline twist (this is not what you think), butterfly crunch, and many more. The workouts are really effective to us and we highly recommended this book for anyone looking to tone their abs. Looking forward to read more similar books from this author.Product details

The Ripped Abs Secret Of Bodybuilders And Fitness Models Simple But Powerful Short Cuts Book 1 eBook Michael Wilson Reviews
I read the sample of this book before I bought it for my kindle app. I was looking for info on getting leaner because I am postnatal. I don't necessarily want a six pack, just more definition. I was not impressed. The book was riddled with typos. The information was very surface. I did appreciate the few nutritional ideas included in the book. I would not recommend this book.
Everyone is unique and responds differently to workout and exercise. Therefore, the first step is to evaluate your body to work out how much fat you have to lose and how much training you require to get tough and strong muscles.
To get firm and chiseled abs, a training regime and healthy nutrition go hand in hand. Therefore give adequate attention to the nutritional needs of your body in order to achieve the best results.
People often make a resolute decision to start working on their abs to prepare for the upcoming summers. Long hours of crunches ensue where all they are doing is tiring themselves out and after a month passes, realize that apart from losing a couple of inches at the maximum nothing much has happened. And then they give up saying they are not genetically prone to have those six pack abs. Well, if you are one of those people, you couldn't be more wrong.
In this book we will bust many myths people associate with well maintained abdominal muscles and teach you the science behind sculpting them to your liking.
First off, this book just doesn't cover some basic exercises. The author goes into considerable detail about fat, what it is, how it works and how to get rid of it the right way.
I found the exercises in this book very easy to follow and the nutritional information that backs it up added a lot of credibility to the book.
The author recommended a number of different diet ideas and foods as well as ways to balance your workouts and training sessions. This followed up from the ab exercises so that you don't stray off course by supplementing good workouts with bad meals. This is particularly helpful for beginners that may not be aware of what they need to eat to maintain the appearance of their abs.
Recommended read.
Blah. Drole assessment tools typical collection of googled material not impressed. Nine more words required. Okay. Not impressed still okay

I found this book because my chiropractor told me my back pain was due to weak abdominal muscles. I figured if I needed to strengthen the muscles, why not improve the way I look. Well, I've got to admit, I was surprised what I read. Just toning the muscles using the techniques outlined in this book wouldn't do it alone. But, if the part on nutritional information is followed, I can see how my looks can improve at the same time.
I have always known that you need to have a strong core and have done lots of sit-ups, but found it hard to get them looking ripped. It was time to learn more about what are the best ways of doing that. So I grabbed a copy of this book on ab secrets, only to find a great resource that has made a big difference to my abs. Michael goes into great depth with all the different muscles around the core area. He explains how to do these core exercises extremely well. It does matter whether you are a beginner or like me advanced at doing abs workouts, it's good for anyone. It makes a difference when you are doing the right exercises for your core. All in all great stuff!
